Parthenon Athens Greece
The Parthenon, being a principal tourist sight,
can get quite busy.
We went really early in the morning
(at first light)
before the crowds got too bad.

Grand Canyon 3
A popular daytrip from Vegas is to the Grand Canyon.
The ground route takes the frugal traveler by the Hover Dam
(where some of us might have locked our keys
in the rental car,
only to meet up with a very nice Hover Dam security officer
- he said it happens all the time).
