Drinking Water At Versailles
We, of course, brought bottled water
with us to Versailles
(purchased in a grocery store in Paris)
but we ran out of water half way through the visit.
We couldn’t locate any for human consumption drinking fountains
but we did find fountains for dogs.
Knowing how much the French love their pets,
we figured the water would be safe for humans
so we filled up our water bottles there.
We weren’t the only ones.
I saw quite a few visitors do the same thing.
