Fun With Tasers In Vegas
One of the more interesting demonstrations at the Consumer Electronics Show
was a line up of volunteers (all male, funnily enough)
willing to be tasered.
These guys were tasered at a high enough frequency
that they collapsed.

Pleasure Pier, Catalina Island
There are two different piers in Avalon on Catalina Island,
the passenger boat landing
and the Pleasure Pier.
The tender boats normally take you to the Pleasure Pier.
There’s tourist information right there
and some (rather pricey) restaurants.
