The Hover Dam is a good stopping point
along the way.
It is even more impressive up close.
To walk along the Dam is absolutely free.
Great for the frugal traveler.
It is a good idea to keep track of time when hiking around the Grand Canyon.
Palazzo, an extension of the Venetian, was open but not completed (I hope) when I walked through in January. This Laliquie style centerpiece with three nymphs (perhaps the famed three graces?) was by the front desk.
